East Budleigh made the trip to Tiger Way Axminster last Saturday and completed a league double with a same 3-2 victory as in the reverse fixture earlier this season.
After an even, goalless first half in which Budleigh keeper Mark Bown had saved a penalty, Budleigh were shocked to concede twice in the space of three second half minutes.
But Budleigh showed their resilience to bounce back and it was Josh Whiller returning from injury that got the ball rolling by getting on the end of a Bown clearance to pull a goal back.
The equalizer came from the penalty spot when Hugo Demetre was brought down; Ross Bright dispatched the resultant kick.
Momentum was now with the Jays; Demetre found Bright who pulled the ball back for George Harris to strike the winning goal five minutes from time.
Man of the Match went to Bown, whilst Jack England and Demetre both had fine games.
This Saturday Budleigh host Tedburn at Vicarage Road.
